Losee Project Will Be Developed in PhasesĪccording to public records, Station Casinos is plotting to build a resort with 600 hotel rooms and more than 75,700 square feet of casino space, as well as restaurants, a movie theater, a bowling alley, banquet facilities, and other amenities. The proposed development would create more than 1,100 construction jobs and 840 full-time jobs at full build-out. Records also show that Station Casinos is planning to build a new casino resort in the area. The sale transaction, which had a price of $55 million, was recorded in County records last Monday. Station Casinos purchases 67 acres in North Las Vegas Station Casinos has acquired a 67-acre land at the northwest corner of Losee Road and the 215 Beltway in North Las Vegas. Station Casinos is also building a $750 million resort in Durango and is eyeing to open a Wildfire Casino in late 2023.
The Losee project would have a 600-room hotel and a 75,700-square-foot casino.
